2025 IRS PUB 5101 (Intake/Interview & Quality Review Training)
Due to an issue in late November, the Link & Learn Taxes (L<) Certification website was inadvertently placed into production mode. All volunteer user accounts that completed any certification exams during that period of time were reset as part of the correction process. As a result, affected volunteers will need to log back into Link & Learn Taxes and retake their VITA certification exams to ensure their certifications are properly recorded for Filing Season 2026.
